  • Homeowners may not make changes to any structure, including partition fencing without submitting a request to the HOA Board. 

  • All satellite dishes must be mounted to the rear rooftop of the home

  • Vehicles must be parked in garages or driveways. If there is a need to park on the street, only the left side (mailbox side shall be used). There is also additional parking in the back of the property on Townes Way.

  • Trash cans cannot be stored at the front or side of your home.  Trash cans may only be placed on the road on Thursdays for garbage pick-up.

  • No signs or billboards are allowed in the front yard; other than for sale or for rent.  Only one of these signs per home is permitted.

  • No playgrounds may be installed without the approval of the architectural committee.

  • No temporary buildings such as storage sheds or tents may be erected

  • No noxious or offensive activity shall occur in or around the homes, particularly if it directly affects other occupants of the building.

  • Only 29 units may be leased at any given time; we currently have 26!  All owners must notify the board and receive approval to lease their homes.  Homes must be leased through a third-party company. All leases must be at least a year.

  • No obstructions to sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, entrances, and other passageways are permitted

  • No solicitation at any time!

  • Homes may not be used as offices, professional use, or retail space

  • All curtains, shades, and draperies must appear white or beige from the exterior of the home.
